Yes! Production time may vary based on her waitlist and availability. Typically a refundable 50% deposit is required at time of signing the contract, with the remainder due once the piece is completed / received by the buyer. Contact the artist directly with details regarding your desired piece.

 Shipping times range from 2-9 business days typically. Items may arrive via UPS or USPS and are usually package by the artist herself. Items larger than 30 inches may need to be package by the shipping provider instead and may cost more due to materials and size. 

Artist will provide a refund for any quality issues pertaining to orders placed directly with her / on her site. For any product issues related to iCanvas items, please contact iCanvas directly for returns/refunds/exchanges. 

Artist may request to have her orders returned for inspection and will provide a return shipping label in this instance. She does not provide a refund based on customer preference. She will provide a refund  for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund, please contact the artist directly at paintingscraftedwithcare@gmail.com and provide detailed information along with photographs of your concern. There is a 15% restocking fee for any orders canceled or exchanged. 

As long as your item has not been dropped off to UPS or USPS at time of cancellation request review, then your item may be eligible for cancellation. She will normally create the painting in a few days, working to apply dabs and push around the fresh paint on the canvas while it is still wet. Her paintings take anywhere from 2-4 months to dry due the thick application of oil paints. Pieces will need to dry at least 4 months after they are made before they can be safely shipped. Local pickup may be arranged earlier in the drying process due to the ability to more delicately transport the piece where it can finish its final curing on your wall.
